Breaking in the Pit with Some Early Season Ducks

Heatin’ Up!
The green heads are here in full force! We had some great hunts this week and Cain got in his fair share of retrieves!
BACK IN BUSINESS!
Second split is here and so are the ducks! Getting back into the swing of things with some of the best duck hunting of the season! From hunting the river, to layout blinds on the edge of a cattle pond, we just about covered it all. Enjoy some great duck hunts as I know we are all itching to get out there!
Late November
One of our favorite times of the season! We were fortunate enough to have a young hunter get his first duck (redhead) and plenty of mixed bags to go around. From green winged teal and ringneck to mallards, redheads and some geese! Cain and Kip got their fair share of retrieve's and Cain even made some new friends - both animals and people.
Coolin’ Down!
MAJOR COLD FRONT brought in snow and negative temperatures. From a 10 man limit of mallards in a dry field, to one the toughest retrievers slashing through the ice in one of our marshes, there is tons of action in this video!
December Ends
Post winter storm and the Parnell Outdoors boys are still on them. Continuing cold temperatures froze up a lot of water, but has provided opportunities for clients to hunt birds in the dry fields and on the river. Tons of mallards, widgeon, geese and even a bonus Drake Canvas Back making it into the pile!
